Sirat Paving LLC is a commercial pavement management company in Bridgeview, Illinois. This page explains what we collect from this website, where it goes, and how to have it removed. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect when you contact us

The website uses one intake form for property quotes, crew-network requests, and referrals. The fields change with the request type so we collect only what is useful for that conversation.

For a property quote, we ask for:

• Your name
• Your email address and phone number
• The property address you want us to look at
• Optional notes about the lot

If you used the budget estimator before submitting, the range it produced is attached to your request so we arrive with context. If you did not use it, nothing is attached.

For a crew-network request, we ask for:

• The legal business or company name and contact name
• The contact's email address and phone number
• Services performed and primary service geography
• Optional capacity, timing, and project-fit notes

For a referral, we ask for:

• The referrer's name, email address, and phone number
• The property address
• An optional company name, property contact, and introduction context

For each accepted request, our system also records the request type, the page or section it came from, a submission number, and the time it was received.

The public form does not request or accept tax identifiers, banking details, W-9s, insurance policies or certificates, government identification, signatures, worker rosters, or similar qualification documents. If those are needed later, Sirat will arrange a restricted follow-up after human review.

Where that information goes

Your browser sends the request through Cloudflare, which securely relays it to Sirat's intake system. Cloudflare processes the request only to deliver it and protect the form.

Your request is stored in a private Google Sheet that only Sirat staff can open, and a notification is sent to our team so somebody sees it quickly. We use quote requests to arrange site walks and prepare proposals, crew requests to review possible project fit, and referrals to follow up about the introduction.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We share it with a subcontractor engaged for your property only when needed to prepare for or perform the work, and only what they need to do the job.

How long we keep it

Website intake requests are kept while we are working with you and for up to three years afterward. Commercial pavement runs on multi-year maintenance cycles, and prior scope or relationship context may matter when you come back. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It sets cookies and records things like your approximate location, device type, and the pages you view. We use it to understand demand, not to identify you. The site tag disables Google Signals and advertising personalisation.

If you would rather not be measured, Google publishes an opt-out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and most browsers offer tracking protection that blocks it.

The service-area section contains a Google Maps embed. When it loads, your browser connects to Google and may send technical information such as your IP address and device details under Google's own privacy terms. The embed is configured not to send the Sirat page address as its referrer.

What this site does not do

• No accounts, no passwords, no logins.
• No payments are taken on this website, so no card details ever reach it.
• No advertising pixels or retargeting tags.
• Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not report you to a font provider.

Your choices

Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no form to fill out. Call and say what you want done.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be obvious, not buried.
